Architecture

Overview

Our scalable, hybrid cloud-based platform is engineered for reliable real-world operations, combining visual AI with modular infrastructure for restaurants, retail, service environments, and multi-site operations.

Our platform was designed to scale horizontally and vertically within a cloud or hybrid cloud environment, ensuring deployment across multiple scenarios.

AI is used transversally across the entire platform, giving the streaming and IoT processing modules sustained growth over time.

1. Flexible Cloud Infrastructure

  • Elastic scaling with horizontal growth for thousands of concurrent devices/feeds and vertical scaling for compute-intensive workloads.
  • Hybrid deployment: cloud-first with optional on-prem edge nodes for low-latency processing and geo-redundant data centers for uptime.
  • Compliance and security with end-to-end encryption in transit and at rest.

2. User Interface Modules

  • Dynamic role-based dashboards for administrators, users, and groups with granular roles, grants, and system visibility.
  • Customizable alerts with multi-channel notifications and granular severity levels.

3. Core Kernel Modules

  • Policy Manager: protocol definition engine, event correlation, time-based triggers, and automated response execution.
  • AI Engine: multi-model neural networks for people detection, occupancy, dwell time, objects, and custom scenarios.
  • Location & Context: zone, camera, or service-station precision to associate visual events with operational spaces.
  • Security & User Management: ABAC, audit trails, and SOC2-compliant identity federation.
  • Adapter Module: unified API gateway for ONVIF/SIP cameras, IoT protocols, POS, queue systems, and third-party integrations.
  • Communication Bus: Kafka-based queue architecture with zero-trust segmentation and emergency-priority channels.
